VMS Institute of Management Batala was founded in 2009 and is an affiliated college situated in Gursapur district in Punjab. This is a management institution recognised by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). Located at a small area of 2.5 acres of land, the institute provides a concentrated atmosphere beneficial for learning. VMS Institute of Management exists for the learners and has registered 12 learners and was staffed with 8 faculties. At present, the institute has only one post graduate program, proving its concern for specialised management education. This institute also has various facilities that will improve the learning of the students in the centre. There is good IT infrastructure and, therefore, students can exercise usage of technology in their learning process. This fully equipped library is useful in academic research and learning since it undertakes intellectual development. The college also has departmental laboratories, which offer students learning by doing in order to master skills in their area of specialisation. To support club and organisational activities and meetings, other school functions and programmes, and other related activities, there is a big auditorium. In addition, there is a cafeteria within the campus where student and staff can sit, fellowship and have meals. Safety is considered important by being equipped with a medical facility that offers first aid services. Physical facilities, especially those for sporting activities, are available for learners who wish to keep fit. Furthermore, houses for guests refer to some rooms for the faculty guest and other rooms for waiting the members of the families of students in institute. VMS Institute of Management, Batala, even though it has limited campus space for expansion, provides a better prospective of management education. This is important since it has recognition from AICTE, which means that the education offered to the candidates also corresponds to the requirements of the country. From physical infrastructure facilities that include computing facilities and other physical facilities such as sports equipment and teaching and learning facilities such as books, laboratories, etc., the institute seeks to bring in all-round education. However, it is impossible to find any details regarding scholarships and achievements of the institute’s members or famous alumni. In more light, the institute has the feasibility to become a major player in promoting management education in Punjab as the institute progresses in its development further. VMS Institute of Management currently offers one full-time course: Consequently, the study focused on the impact of the Master of Business Administration ( MBA ). This is an academic postgraduate degree that takes two calendar years to complete, and its purpose is to give graduates sound management education. This programme also has an approved intake of 30 seats, giving the students appearing for management courses a good chance to get in.
