Terms & Conditions
Note for production: Final legal text must be reviewed and approved by Admi's legal counsel before this page goes live. Placeholder wording is used where company-specific facts have not yet been confirmed.
In simple terms
Admi helps you discover colleges, manage your profile and documents, submit eligible applications, and track them. By using Admi, you agree to provide accurate information and understand that admission decisions remain with individual colleges — Admi does not guarantee admission.
Read full terms below ↓1. About these Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Admi platform, including the Admi website, mobile application, web application, and all related services provided by AdmiHub ("Admi", "we", "us", or "our").
The services covered by these Terms include:
- Admi website and mobile/web application
- Student account and profile
- College discovery and search features
- College application services
- Document storage and verification services
- Support services
- Any other services we describe as part of Admi
By creating an account or using Admi, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information.
2. Who Can Use Admi
Admi is designed for students, applicants, and parents or guardians supporting the college admissions process. Other authorised users may access specific features as described within the relevant service.
Users under the applicable age
Some users accessing Admi may be minors under applicable law. If you are under the age at which you can independently consent to these Terms and to the processing of personal information under applicable Indian law, a parent or legal guardian should assist you in using Admi and should review and agree to these Terms on your behalf.
Important: If you are under the age at which you can independently consent under applicable law, a parent or legal guardian may need to assist you. Admi may implement appropriate controls as required by law.
[Specific age thresholds to be confirmed with legal counsel before launch.]
3. Your Admi Account
To use most Admi services, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
- Maintain and update your contact details
- Keep your password and OTP credentials secure and confidential
- Not share your account credentials with any other person
- Create only one account per user unless otherwise permitted
- Notify Admi promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Admi will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions.
4. Student Profile Information
Admi allows you to create and maintain a student profile that may include personal information, academic records, and application-related details. This profile may be used to personalise your experience, determine eligibility for programmes, and prepare applications.
Information you may provide includes:
- Personal information (name, date of birth, contact details)
- Address and correspondence information
- Academic information (school, board, marks, grades)
- Entrance exam scores and rankings
- College preferences and shortlists
- Demographic information where required for admission purposes
- Other information required for specific applications
You are responsible for ensuring the information in your profile is accurate, complete, and up to date. Submitting incorrect information may affect your application outcomes and could result in your account being suspended.
5. Documents and DigiLocker
Admi provides document management features that allow you to upload, store, verify, and reuse documents across eligible applications. Documents may include marksheets, certificates, identification documents, category certificates, and other admission-related materials.
Where Admi supports a connection to DigiLocker or similar authorised services, you may import documents that are available through those services, subject to the permissions you grant.
Document verification
Where Admi displays a "Verified" status on a document, this indicates that the document has been processed through Admi's supported verification method at the time of verification. It does not constitute:
- Government certification or approval
- Legal authentication of the document
- Guarantee that a college will accept the document
- Admission approval from any institution
Important: Colleges may independently review or request original documents even if they have previously been uploaded or verified through Admi. Always follow individual college requirements.
6. College Information
Admi may display information about colleges and educational programmes, including fees, eligibility criteria, admission processes, deadlines, rankings, placements, and course details. This information may originate from colleges, official bodies, public sources, partner sources, or other attributable sources.
College information can change. Students should always verify important deadlines, fees, and eligibility requirements directly with the college before making a final decision. Admi is not responsible for errors or outdated information originating from third parties.
7. College Recommendations & Predictions
Where Admi provides college recommendations, eligibility predictions, or matching features, these are informational tools based on the profile information you have provided and may use automated processing. They should be understood as follows:
- Recommendations are suggestions, not guarantees
- Eligibility predictions are estimates based on available information
- Predictions do not account for factors outside Admi's visibility
- Actual admission decisions are made solely by the college
Admi does not guarantee admission to any college or programme. No prediction, recommendation, or eligibility indicator on Admi constitutes an offer of admission.
8. College Applications
Where Admi supports direct application submission, the process may involve Admi reusing your profile information, attaching authorised documents, preparing your application, and submitting it to the selected college on your behalf.
By authorising an application submission through Admi, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you authorise Admi to share it with the selected college for admission purposes.
Submitting an application through Admi does not guarantee that it will be accepted by the college. Admission decisions are made by the institution according to their own criteria and processes.
9. Multiple Course Applications
Where supported by the college, you may select multiple courses or programmes within a single application. In such cases:
- You may arrange courses in your preferred order of priority
- Each college may have its own rules about how multiple preferences are handled
- Seat allocation is determined by the college, not by Admi
- Separate application fees may apply per course or per college as applicable
Admi will display available options at the time of application. Availability is subject to change.
10. Submitted Applications
Once an application has been submitted through Admi:
- Some information in the application may no longer be editable
- Corrections or amendments may depend on the college's own policies
- You should carefully review all information before confirming submission
- Admi may maintain a record of the submitted application for your reference
Where corrections are required, contact Admi Support and the relevant college. Support can help explain options, but changes may require college approval.
11. Application PDF & Submission Records
Admi may provide you with a copy of your submitted application, including an Application ID, submission timestamp, list of attached documents, and payment record where applicable.
This constitutes a submission record from Admi's platform. It is not a direct acknowledgement of receipt from the college. College acknowledgement is separate and subject to the college's own confirmation process.
12. Payments
Admi may process payments in connection with college application fees, platform fees (where applicable), and other charges. Payments are processed through authorised payment service providers. By making a payment through Admi, you agree to the terms of the relevant payment provider.
- Application fees are generally set by the college, not by Admi
- Admi platform fees, where applicable, will be disclosed before payment
- Applicable taxes will be shown before confirmation
- A payment confirmation will be provided upon successful transaction
- Failed transactions should be verified with your payment provider before retrying
13. Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the fee, the payment status, and applicable college or Admi refund rules. College application fees are generally non-refundable once submitted, subject to the college's own policies. Admi platform fees, where applicable, are subject to Admi's refund policy.
Detailed refund terms are available in the Payment & Refund Policy. Admi does not guarantee automatic refunds for college fees unless the college authorises such a refund.
14. College Relationships & Sponsored Content
Admi may have commercial relationships with certain colleges and educational institutions, which may include advertising, sponsored listings, or other arrangements. Where content is sponsored, promoted, or associated with a commercial arrangement, it will be visibly labelled.
Sponsored or promoted content is labelled on the platform. Admi does not alter independently sourced information about a college solely because a commercial relationship exists.
[Admi's full commercial model and disclosure policy to be confirmed with legal and product teams.]
15. Communications
By creating an Admi account, you agree to receive essential service communications, including:
- Application status updates and alerts
- Deadline reminders for applications you are tracking
- Security alerts and account notifications
- Support responses to queries you have raised
You may separately choose to receive optional marketing and promotional communications. You can manage your communication preferences at any time from your account settings.
16. Acceptable Use
When using Admi, you must not:
- Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information in your profile or application
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
- Upload malicious, harmful, or offensive content
- Use another student's documents or information without authorisation
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account, or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Admi platform
- Use Admi for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
- Abuse support channels or engage in inappropriate conduct with support staff
- Violate the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights
Admi reserves the right to take action against accounts that violate these requirements, including suspension or termination.
17. Intellectual Property
The Admi name, logo, branding, user interface, software, content, and all related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to AdmiHub. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Admi intellectual property without prior written consent.
College names, logos, and institutional information displayed on Admi remain the property of the respective institutions.
User-uploaded content remains subject to the terms described in Section 18 below.
18. User Content
You retain applicable rights to personal documents, photographs, and other content you upload to Admi. By uploading content, you grant Admi a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and use that content solely for the purpose of providing the services you have requested.
This includes:
- Storing documents securely on the platform
- Processing documents to support verification features
- Attaching documents to applications you have authorised
- Sharing application information with colleges you have chosen to apply to
Admi will not use your uploaded content for purposes beyond those you have authorised.
19. Third-Party Services
Admi may integrate with or link to third-party services, including DigiLocker, payment processors, college application systems, analytics providers, and other authorised services. These integrations are provided to enhance your experience.
Third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies. Admi is not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services, and your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
20. Service Availability
Admi aims to maintain reliable service availability. However, the platform may be affected by scheduled maintenance, updates, college-system outages, third-party service failures, or network issues.
Important: A visible animation or interface confirmation does not constitute proof that an application has been successfully submitted. Admi's backend confirmation and your Application ID represent actual submission status. Always verify your application status in your account dashboard.
21. Suspension or Termination
Admi reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to your account or to specific features where there are reasonable grounds, including:
- Suspected fraudulent activity or misuse of the platform
- Submission of false or misleading information
- Security concerns or unauthorised access attempts
- Serious or repeated violations of these Terms
- Requirements of applicable law or regulatory authority
Where practical, Admi will communicate the reason for any restriction and the process for review, except where legal or security requirements prevent disclosure.
22. Disclaimers
Admi is a technology platform that helps students with college discovery, applications, and tracking. We are not:
- A college or educational institution
- An examination authority
- A government admissions authority
- A guarantor of admission outcomes
Admission decisions are made solely by the relevant educational institutions according to their own processes. Admi makes no representations about the outcome of any application submitted through the platform.

[Specific liability cap, exclusions, and carve-outs to be confirmed by legal counsel.]
24. Indemnity
Note: Indemnity clause wording must be reviewed and approved by legal counsel before production.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AdmiHub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
25. Changes to Terms
Admi may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify you through appropriate means — such as a notice in the app, an email notification, or a prominent notice on the platform — before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of Admi after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
[Version history and previous Terms to be available via a link once the legal archive is established.]
