Shri VR Patel College of Commerce, Mehsana, established in 1964, is one of the premier educational institutions in Gujarat, India. This affiliated college has a compact 4.33-acre campus and has been guiding students in the field of commerce for almost sixty years. At this college, there are 2,390 students enroled with a faculty strength of 13. The institute offers two programmes : Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Commerce at undergraduate and postgraduate levels of education. Infrastructure facilities on campus add much to the educational experience of the students. One of the most outstanding is a rich library—one of the richest in North Gujarat University's colleges. It is fully computerised by SOUL 1.0 software and enriched by e-journals. Among other outstanding factors, is the IT infrastructure, constituting a well-equipped laboratory of 56 computers with TALLY, the essential software that is required in this digital age of commerce. Shri VR Patel College of Commerce provides facilities for sports, gymnasium, and separate hostels for boys and girls to cater to the all-round development of the students. The auditorium accommodates 400 students and hosts different kinds of academic and cultural programmes and the canteen also is the entertainment zone for the students.
