Nehru College of Nursing started in the year 2012 and is an affiliated college in Vaniyamkulam, Palakkad District of Kerala State. The institute, affiliated to INC, provides post basic specialized nursing training at its 6.91-acre campus. The college that is currently having a total of 197 students and a strength of 22 faculty’s ensures that a we offer limited class sizes. Nehru College of Nursing has two nursing courses , such as B.Sc Nursing and Post Basic B.Sc Nursing. The B.Sc category of Nursing has an intake capacity of 100 students and the course duration of four years while P.B..B.Sc Nursing course has 30 intakes for two years duration. It is crucial to note that both the program are planned to develop theoretical knowledge and practical skills in nursing. The total number of students enrolled in the college is 130 for all the courses that are offered The college avoids overcrowding in the class to ensure that it offers a good student-staff ratio for effective teaching/learning.
