Currently, the college has 488 students’ enrolments and 39 members of the faculty, which provide a good learning environment. Lala Lajpat Rai College of Pharmacy has adopted a number of modern tools which are meant to facilitate learning amongst the students. Academic resources are a large, comfortable library containing more than 3 thousand new editions, as well as numerous magazines, national and international journals and periodicals. The learners receive the assistance of a instructed librarian with computer access and HSLIBNET of B.F.U. H.S., Faridkot. The institution has well equipped laboratories such as Anatomy, Physiology, Health Education and Pharmacology, which exposes the students to practical that is essential for their area of study. To ensure all round development the college provides institutional facilities such as tennis court, different gymnasiums for boys and girls, and an audit for conducting programmes and seminars. Lala Lajpat Rai College of Pharmacy provides all the options of pharmacy and health care sciences. The institution offers 9 full-time courses, that cuts across different levels which can either be an undergraduate or a post graduate. The flagship programmes are B.Pharma with intake of 100 and D.Pharma the intake is 60. Other courses include Medical Lab Sciences , Operation Theatre Technology, Clinical Biochemistry, Clinical Microbiology and Hospital Administration. This college also has diploma programmes such as the diploma in medical laboratory technology.
