Government Brennen College of Teacher Education, Thalassery- an institution which began its journey in the year 1957, is one of the renowned institutions designed to build the future of education. B.Ed is the full time course duration for two academic session which has approved intake capacity of 50 students in one shift. This course intends to provide prospective teachers with the information and skills needed in order to flourish in the teaching profession. But for those who want to be involved in educational research and postgraduate studies the college provides full‐time Ph.D. in Education which takes about six years.
