Dayanand Medical College and Hospital Ludhiana, India, was founded in 2002 with a vision to function as an excellent college for training professional nurses. This affiliated college is situated in Tagore Nagar, Civil Lines, Ludhiana, Punjab Provides Indian Nursing Council (INC) approval. Currently situated on a 9.228 acres area, the institute teaches 6 courses in 2 different degree levels with focus in several branches of nursing. Finally, construction of college has by accommodation 453 student and faculty members 191 giving the college a good ratio of students to teachers. The B.Sc Nursing is the principal course of study and currently has sanctioned strength of one hundred students and the M.Sc programme in Psychiatric Nursing , Paediatric Nursing, Obstetrical Nursing , Community Health Nursing and Medical Surgical Nursing together have a total sanctioned strength of twenty five.
