Yadavrao Tasgaonkar Institute of Pharmacy Bachelor Degree, Karjat was started in the year 2005 and is a private affiliated college located in Raigad, Maharashtra. The institution is approved by the Pharmacy Council of India and imparts specialized education in pharmaceutical sciences. The College occupies a 2.5-acre campus with a total enrolment of 142 students and 23 faculty members. In pharmaceutical studies, this institute has two programs : 4 years B.Pharma and 2 years D.Pharma . The institute has a range of facilities that aid the all-round development of students. Separate boys' and girls' hostels accommodate 500 and 180 students respectively, who hail from outside to study. Yadavrao Tasgaonkar Institute of Pharmacy runs two full-time courses in the pharmacy field at the undergraduate level. The B.Pharma course is of a 4-year duration with 100 students, and D.Pharma is a 2-year course with 60 seats.
