VK Jain College of Education was established in the year 2003 at Kasganj, Uttar Pradesh. It is a co-educational institution affiliated to Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur and accredited by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). The college has a compact campus area of 4.428 acres. It offers two specialised degree courses in education. VK Jain College of Education accommodates a total number of 254 students and a faculty strength of 9. It provides an ideal focused learning environment for future teachers. The VK Jain College of Education has many facilities designed for students to learn optimally. This library constitutes the most important academic support component in terms of more than 5,350 books, 8 journals, and 7 magazines. The B.Ed programme is approved for 100 seats while the D.El.Ed programme has 50 seats. The two programmes are meant for preparing students into a successful teaching career where the application of practical skills would be blended with theoretical knowledge.
