Vedica College of Pharmacy Polytechnic, Bhopal, was started in 2005 and is a constituent college that is situated in Gandhi Nagar, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. PCI stands for Pharmacy Council of India, which approves the institute in order to provide standard education in the field of pharmacy. Currently, the college has 7 members in the faculty, who teach pharmacists in the undergraduate programme and provide a professional area for the students. Currently, the institute offers only one course of study known as the Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharma), a full-time course that takes two academic years and has a capacity of 60 students. The library that is important to pharmacy students has 375 titles and 3500 volumes with space for 30 students. In terms of capacity, state-of-the art departmental laboratories are provided to facilitate hands-on experience. It also offers accommodations in the health point containing first aid for the college’s students’ welfare. For the physically challenged students, the institution has both boys and girls hostels in the school compound. A theatre with accommodation for the event attendees; the auditorium can sit about 250-300 persons during an occasion. In order to provide easy transport for the students and staff, the college provides transport facilities for two three-wheeler services. To encourage the students to achieve their professional goals, there is a Training and Placement Cell in the college. This cell serves the purpose of arranging campus interviews and also liaising with potential employers for the graduating students.
