Utkarsh College of Management Education, Bareilly, was established in 2012 and is an affiliated college situated in Uttar Pradesh, India. This is a co-educational institution located in 8.5km Rampur Road and chartered by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The college occupies a compact area of 1.32 acres of land and thus provides an appropriate setting for learning to its students.
