TRR established in the year 2002 and it is an affiliated college that is situated in Patancheru, Telangana, INDIA. Located in T R R Nagar, Inole Village, Patancheru the institute is installed in a sprawling area of 7.5 acres. The college has total intake of 329 students and faculty strength of 67 both facts combined signify a niche environment. The TRR College of Engineering offers three B.Tech courses in Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering and Electrical and Electronics Engineering. This fact can be seen from the various courses which are all full-time courses aimed at offering students technical education that will enable them prepare to work in various industries. TRR College of Engineering has a number and varieties of facilities that would help students in their academic and personal development. A well-equipped library is an informative and knowledge center which contain books, journel and magazines of different subjects and fields. The much enhanced library has an air conditioning system as well as having an automated section to ensure that students can easily access different books of reference. This is in addition to computerise classes, especially with regards to information technology which boasts of first rate computer laboratories, comprehensively connected with the necessary apparatus and application. These labs assist in online teaching by 60 nodes in manner which provides simulated learning and practical work through actual projects. For the students’ health needs, the campus has a gym and sports. The college also has its own hostels for Boys and Girls within the premise where out station students can easily get comfort accommodation. This is an Affiliated College of Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad. Over all, the TRR College of Engineering has three B.Tech programmes offered as full time for four calendar years each. The programmes provided are B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering, B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering and B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering . Unfortunately, it is difficult to provide information on the split of the seats for each programme; however, the total amount of student capacity within all courses is 329. This shows a directed route of education hence each student is accorded special attention. One of the goals of the college is to produce graduates who are fit to meet the market demands and this can be seen from its courses and equipment.
