The institute was legally listed among the institutions covered by the UGC Act of 1956's section 2(f)/12(b). It offers a total of fifteen full-time courses at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Applicants can get admission to the Technological Institute of Textile and Sciences Bhiwani, for thirteen undergraduate and two postgraduate courses. The Technological Institute of Textile and Sciences Bhiwani is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated with Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak .
