Subodh B.Ed. College, Sikar, Rajasthan, was started in 2006 and is one of the leading teacher training college situated in Bhagat Singh Colony, Nawalgarh Road, Sikar. It is a co-educational college affiliated with a university duly recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). The college now comprises 0.74 acres of land and has a total of 195 students and 16 teachers. Subodh B.Ed. College provides only one course, the B.Ed., for which it has an approved capacity of 100 students and students are trained to become effective educators for the future. Subodh B.Ed. College has a variety of amenities since it aims at improving students’ learning environment. Currently it offers only one course which is a full time two years Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) course at Subodh B.Ed. College. It thus aims at focusing all resources and knowledge in the institution to develop quality teacher education. As it is, the B.Ed. course offered by the college has been approved for 100 intake capacity, which means that the college insists in providing its students with competent instructors to student ratio.
