Subhas Chandra Basu B.Ed. Training College, Heria, was established in the year 2007. It is situated at Jararnagar, Heria, in the district of Purba Medinipur in West Bengal. This college is affiliated and functions under the recognition of the National Council for Teacher Education. It belongs to the co-education college and caters to only teacher education sections. At the time of its establishment, the college acquired the status of the degree college on 2.18 acres of land.
