Shri Shankaracharya Institute of Medical Science Bhilai was established under the Shri Gangajali Education Society was established in 2016. SSIMS Bhilai is affiliated with Pt Deendayal Upadhyay Memorial Health Sciences and Ayush University of Chhattisgarh, Raipur and Ayush University of Chhattisgarh.
