Sri Nirvanaswamy College and School of Nursing, a new generation institution started in the year 2005 is situated at Kanakapura, KARNATAKA. The education in this affiliated college is a specialized nursing college in India authorized by the Indian Nursing Council (INC). Located in an 11.2 acre compound, the institute ensures that it offers a favorable environment for client learning and practice. The total number of students in the college is 79 and faculty members 20 and hence the college provides personal attention and quality education. This institute lays down three full courses in two different degrees for fulfilling different aspects of nursing curriculum. It is manned by both male and female teachers who enrich the institution’s learning environment as a co-educational institution. These are B.Sc Nursing , Post B.Sc Nursing and GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) respectively. The institute offers a total of 100 seats for all its programs showing the commitment set by the institute to preserve compact class size for teaching.
