Sri Kakatiya Institute of Pharmaceutical science, Warangal was started in the year 2007; it offers education in Pharmaceutical field. This affiliated college is at Dharmasagar, Warangal district of Telangana State has established itself as one of the reputed pharmacy colleges. Faculty of Pharmacy is recognised by the All India Council For Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), New Delhi. Located on a 5-acre campus, the institute provides an efficient environment for student learning and development. It currently offers student enrolment at 140 and faculties and staffs at 38, ensuring that the institute keeps ideal student-faculty ratio to facilitate individual maps and directions. Sri Kakatiya Institute of Pharmaceutical science is also proud to offer the latest equipment to its students. The sport amenities fosters physical health among students as well as promotes togetherness through their games and team work while the well stocked library provides students with books , journals, periodicals etc for learning, research work among others. The facilities of Sri Kakatiya Institute of Pharmaceutical Science include its departmental laboratories. These labs are intended to offer practical sessions to students and an attempt to narrow down the gap of the theoretical part knowledge and practical part experience in the field of pharmacy. It offers 60 seats in total distributed across 2 levels of education, 3 courses enabling student to focus on the different sphere of pharmaceutical industry. The institute provides the education at both under and postgraduate levels with B.Pharma and four different M.Pharma specialisations . The B.Pharma programme has 100 student intake and each M.Pharma specialisation has 18 students intake.
