SIWS NR Swamy College of Commerce and Economics and Smt Thirumalai College of Science, Mumbai, are two of the leading colleges in the campuses of Mumbai. The college is situated at Sewree Wadala Estate, Mumbai. Since the college is affiliated with the University of Mumbai , it follows bachelor's as well as post-graduation courses in streams that have commerce and science. The postgraduate course of the college comprises M. Com programmes such as Accountancy, Banking and Finance, and Business Management, along with M. Sc programmes in Organic Chemistry by Research and Information Technology. The institute offers a programme leading to the award of a Ph.D. in Business Economics.
