Shri Siddhivinayak Rural College of Education, Harugeri, was established in the year 2004 and theCBC was started in the year 2010 and is a combined co-educational college providing training to teachers. It is an affiliated college located in Belagavi district; Karnataka and this college is more spread across an area of 14.80 acres. The institute is a teacher education institute that has a student capacity of one hundred in a B.Ed programme. The college has 13 experienced members in faculty that helps the college to retain a low student-teacher ratio so that all students can get personal attention as well as a quality education. This course is a two-year full course which aims at producing qualified professional teachers for the teaching profession. The programme has the approved intake capacity of 100 seats to enroll the students from diverse background aspiring to be educators. The B.Ed course is designed in a manner that the candidate will have an idea of educational theories, teaching strategies and classroom management.
