Shri Ram Institute of Technology Pharmacy Jabalpur (SRITP) is a private college that started its journey in the year 2003 which is involved in offering Pharmacy education. This coeducational institute is situated at Madhotal, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh and the institute is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal. Pharmacy programmes provided by SRITP are approved by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and include the following. Located in a campus spread over 2.5 acres, the institute has an overall student capacity of 352 and faculty bandwidth of 34. SRITP offers 4 courses that cut across 3 degrees namely; Bachelor’s, Master’s and Diploma in Pharmacy that focuses on the different sub fields in the area. The institute aims to provide comfortable learning facilities and equipment that may be modernized. SRITP has well developed modern laboratories which are very essential for practical knowledge to the pharmacy students. First of all, for students’ health protection, there are many facilities including a gym and various sorts of sports equipment. The campus has a large cafeteria, integral to the general compartment of the college; an effulgent auditorium, designed to hold events, seminars etc.; and a health center to cater to the medical needs of the students. In pharmacy education, SRITP currently teaches its students four full-time courses in total. These include; a four year course that produces holders of a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma), two year Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharma) in Pharmaceutics and Pharmacology and a two year Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharma). The total approved intake of the institute for all its programme is 196. As for the specific graduation data with reference to the population of the latest year, it has not been reported; however the institute enrolled a total of 352 students, which should be commensurate with good number of students probing the different courses for entering into the pharmaceutical education stream. Admission procedure of Shri Ram Institute of Technology Pharmacy – Jabalpur is rational and inclusive.
