Seshaiah College of Nursing offers full time B.Sc Nursing, Post Basic B.Sc Nursing and General Nursing and Midwifery programmes exclusively for Nursing education. Little wonder therefore that the college has focused mainly on the provision of quality nursing courses. The college has available amenities that would improve the learning environment of the learners in the college. All the book available in the library are standard professional and non-professional nursing books containing new edition of both Indian and international authors are available in the library. In regards to practical skills, the college has functional laboratories that mimic hospital operating wards, with functional beds, equipment, computerized audio-visual means. The following facilities enable the student to practice nursing and develop his / her skills in an environment that mimics real life situation. There are affiliations with various multi-specialty and Government hospitals, to provide the student a proper clinical exposure. Regarding the community nursing education training, field exposure of students is arranged in major primary CHC. Accommodation The institute also comprise of Hostel for boys and girls and it has well furnished facilities to accommodate the students comfortably. More facilities comprise of an auditeria for conventions as well as seminars, canteen, sports fields, gym and some accommodation facilities for the faculty members as well as the families of the students lecturers.
