SD College of Education, Bhiwani, was started in the year 2008 with a co-educational VPO Isharwal, Tehsil Tosham, Bhiwani, Haryana. This is an affiliated college approved by NCTE, New Delhi. The campus area covers 1 acre, with the institution presently having 200 students on board and a strength of 8 faculty members. SD College of Education has only one course in teacher education to empower innovative future teachers. Different facilities are provided to the students in the SD College of Education so that they can experience a very enriching learning process. A very well-stocked library is available for the students so that the required resources are available for them to attain academic growth. Consequently, department-based laboratories exist in the college so that the theoretical learning can be practised through actual experiments. The campus contains a gym for those students who are physically fit. Sports facilities are provided so that students can develop sporting interests to maintain a proper balance between study and sports. It also has some excellent infrastructure in IT so that the students get equipped with modern tools of education. Courses available at SD College of Education include only one full-time course, which is B.Ed. programme . It is a two-year programme with an approved intake of 100 seats, and this would ensure that the atmosphere remains focused and quality-driven.
