The School of Information Technology, Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya (RGPV), Bhopal is recognized constituent college of University established in 2002. This institute is situated in the largest state of India Madhya Pradesh and is consistently imparting quality technological education from last twenty two years. School of Information Technology of RGPV encompasses 8 courses in 3 levels of degrees and covers such modern fields as Data Science, Cyber Forensics and Artificial Intelligence. The faculty has eleven dedicated full time professionals to help its students learn in a focused environment. The technological advance in education through forthrightness is further supported by the fact of it been approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). According to the schemes offered, the institute offers 5 full time courses out of which some are at undergraduate level and some at postgraduate level. In the undergraduate curriculum, the B.Tech programmes Computer Science and Engineering with majors in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning , Data Science, Computer Science and Business Systems stand out as unique. For postgraduate degrees the school offers the M.Tech degrees in the specialties of Information Technology; Cyber Forensics; Computer Technology and Applications; and Data Science. More so, there are Postgraduate Diploma in Information Technology and in Data Sciences. The approved student intake for the B.Tech Computer Science and Business System programme is 60, while the PGD courses take a total of 18 students each, the institute kept the ideal class size in mind for proper learning.
