Sankara Institute of Management Science, Saravanampatty, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu is an affiliated college for BMM and MBA which was started in the year 2000. This institute which covers an area of 30 Acres deals only in management education and provides education in MBA program. Originally established in the year 2002, SIMS Saravanampatty presently boasts of a faculty strength of 12 members which keeps the institute focused in preparing future business leaders. It uses scores of national level, centrally managed CMAT, MAT and state level TANCET, which ensure 불 the admission of elitist students from all parts. The institute has well equipped latest facilities inside the campus enriched the students academic and personality development. The campus provides conveniently air conditioned class rooms with smart board that enhances students teaching and learning processes. The central library of the TTU has more than 10,000 books, 477 project reports, 466 CDs, CDs belonging to different discipline of management, computer science and information technology. educational interest for the students, SIMS offers arranged hostels for both male and female students. Our campus uses Wi-Fi that is helpful in the usage of e–books, study materials and other academic tools among the students. An air-conditioned hall with a sitting capacity of 300 people is also available for conduct of management events and guesting lectures. In addition to classrooms, the institute also has arrangements for practicing the facility’s sports, a canteen, and a book and stationery shop. Sankara Institute of Management Science aims at providing quality management education with the MBA course . This is a full time course taking two years to complete with a purpose of preparing the students with knowledge and tools to enable them to deliver in business. Students are admitted in the programme through different standard tests such as CMAT, MAT and TANCET. This flexibility in the admission process ensures that best candidates in the business society in any given year are given an opportunity to study management at SIMS.
