The S. Nijalingappa Institute of Dental Sciences and Research was founded in 1986, this dental institute is located in Kalaburagi, Karnataka. Master of Dental Surgery is the postgraduate programme offered by the institute and the various courses include Periodontology, Prosthodontics and Crown and Bridge, Conservative, Endodontics, Dentistry, Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics, and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. The institute also provide the Ph.D in Prosthodontics and Periodontics for those who want to research more on dentistry.
