RGMP was set up in 1992, and it is a self-financing technical college in Bangalore, Karnataka. The affiliated college located in Kengunte Circle, Mallathahalli, has been nurturing future engineers for more than three decades now. The government-approved course, RGMP, is in line with AICTE, which is the All India Council for Technical Education. The institute currently has fifty-five diploma programmes across the engineering spectrum, and the total enrolment for the programmes is 545. Currently, 55 professors at RGMP ensure that the school provides an outstanding student-teacher ratio to encourage effective learning. Rajiv Gandhi Memorial Polytechnic (RGMP), Bengaluru, is approved by AICTE and operates under the purview of the Government of Karnataka’s Department of Technical Education, rather than being affiliated with a traditional university. The courses are Mechanical, Electronics and Communication, Electrical and Electronics , Civil, Computer, Apparel Design, and Fabrics.
