Paradise College of Education, Jalandhar (PCED) is a recognized college founded in 2005 to produce prospective teachers. This co-educational college is an affiliated college located in Geeta Colony, Kala Sanghian Road, Jalandhar, Punjab. PCED is accredited by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), which shows its genuine concern towards quality education. With a 2 acre plot, currently the college has 254 students enrolled and also has a faculty of 25 members. PCED has two postgraduate degree programmes in education with focus on training and preparing teachers or education-related persons. The college boasts a set of different services to improve the level of students’ services. For out-of-town students, PCED provides different hostels for both boys and girls to ensure adequate comfort while in school. The campus well-equipped gym encourages people to keep fit & healthy. Academic and co-curricular needs are facilitated by PCED through available sporting amenities, event and seminar venue, an auditorium, and modern practical laboratories for use in practical sessions. Other facilities available on campus are canteen facility, computer center facility and guest house facility for the outstation faculty members and their families.
