MGR College, Hosur, was established in 1988 as an affiliated college recognised in Hosur, Tamil Nadu, India. The institution is located on a vast piece of land of 250 acres, providing accommodation for 31 different courses under 9 degree programmes. The total number of intakes per year at this college is 4,389 and the faculty consists of 148, which is a good environment for higher education. It is an NAAC-recognised institution that makes the college maintain a high quality of education for its students. Humber College has put in place numerous facilities that would help the student achieve his/her educational and personal goals. A centre of learning as it is, the library boasts 32,506 volumes of books, 50 national and international journals, 250 e-journals and 350 bound volumes of journals. and also has CDs, which are also arranged according to the Dewey decimal system.
