Like any affiliated college, it functions under the recognition of the Central Council of Homeopathy (CCH), which maintains the national guidelines for homeopathic study. Maria Homeopathic Medical College and Hospital is so organised to enrich the learning process of the students. The well equipped library is the knowledge repository, providing students with all necessary medical literature and all necessary materials. As a result of skill developments and practical needs, the college has functional laboratories for student hands-on practice. Realizing that a well rounded education is the best education the facility also offers sporting amenities thus enabling students to keep physically fit for their courses. A fine feature of the college is that it is committed to contemporary education since it equipped modern IT facilities, which enhance knowledge and digital analysis. Further, the college owns a health centre with first aid facilities for serving the interest of the student community. Maria Homeopathic Medical College and Hospital have only one course and that is the Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery ( BHMS ). This programme is a full-time one and it takes six years to complete The course covers principles and practice of homeopathy in details. The eligibility criteria for admission to BHMS course in Maria Homeopathic Medical College & Hospital is merit base and same admission process is followed every time.
