Spread over a campus of 2.6 acres, the college boasts of a total enrollment of 305 students, with 24 dedicated faculty members. It has many facilities to enrich the learning process. The college is located in a building, which acts as a knowledge and research center with an adequately stocked library. It also offers sports facilities for cricket, football, badminton, table tennis, and basketball, et cetera to have a fit balance between academics and physical activities. An auditorium, known as Hall, hosts several events wherein some of the top professionals and academicians hold talks to accommodate 150 people. It has excellent IT infrastructure to reassure that the students enjoy the best possible access to the latest technology in their studies. It provides only one course, that is the 5 year full-time Bachelor of Architecture degree course, at the MMCOA. The approved intake in this course is 80 students a year.
