Narapu Reddy College of Education is a recent establishment for education in the Kadapa campus that was started in the year 2016. This co-educational institution established in a small compacted area of land measuring 0.75 acre aims at producing quality teachers. As an affiliated college, it functions under the supervision of the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), thus emerging with high quality training college for teachers. At the moment, the college runs two courses – B.Ed and D.El.Ed having a strength of one hundred students indicating the college’s goal of producing professional teachers. The college is professors 16 in number and it has a total of 46 students in its classroom, this makes learning personal especially to the students. Narapu Reddy College of Education has a variety of installations that could give support and improve the learning process of the learners. The B.Ed programme and the D.El.Ed programme are regular course for two years duration each. These programmes are intended to ensure that students who enrol have all the right information in becoming good teachers and or administrators in the teaching fraternity. In a year, the college offers intakes for 100 students per course; therefore the college can admit two hundred students for both the programmes.
