The institution KLE Society’s Polytechnic, Mahalingpur, was set up in 2008, and has since been a guiding light providing technical education to students in the campus located in Karnataka, India. Library, also known as, world in a nutshell has an enormous collection of one lakh books, different journals, CDs, magazines, etc which encourage the culture of research amongst students. As a result of its compliance with the new era, the institute offers internet browsing and Wi-Fi usage within the premises. About Information technology infrastructure is consistently refreshed to avail and equip the students with the updated software and innovation. The courses of study provided by this Institution include a variety of polytechnic education that is market relevant. It offers five diploma courses that take full three years to complete the coursework. Programs offered include: Diploma in Civil Engineering ; Computer Science Engineering; Electronics & Communication Engineering ; Electrical & Electronics Engineering; Mechanical Engineering . The total approved intake for all the courses is 250 and out of it, Computer Science & Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering intakes 60 students each.
