KK Teachers Training College was established in 2018 and is an affiliated college situated in Dhanbad, Jharkhand. This co-educational institute is established on an area of 1.04 acres this institute is especially to prepare future educators. Approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), the college offers two full-time teacher training programmes, the Bachelors in Education (B.Ed.) and Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed). KK Teachers Training College has a total student enrolment of 205 and a faculty of 14 where it can provide competency for teaching faculties. KK Teachers Training College has available infrastructure which provides for the improvement of students’ education experiences. It requires capacity approval and has an authorised intake of 100 seats for each of the programme, thus the total number of approved intake seats is 200 distributed over the two courses. These programmes are intended to prepare students for the roles of educators at various levels of the school system. Admission to the B.Ed programme is made strictly according to the norm laid down by Vinoba Bhave University, keeping in view the merit of the student in the qualifying examination.
