Kavitha’s College of Arts and Science, Namakkal was established in the year 2015 and it is an epitome of the College in Tamil Nadu, India. This affiliated college is established in Vaiyappamalai, Tiruchengode and the college is situated in a total area of 7.41 Acres of land. It provides 15 courses in 7 distinct degree programmes and serves 906 students enroled in the institution. At present it has 55 dedicated teaching faculties the college has a desired student-teacher ratio facilitating one-to-one interaction with students so that quality education may be delivered. The college possesses all up-to-date infrastructure those are beneficial for the learners to improve their knowledge. The prime medium to academic facilities is the college library with an inventory of more than 12000 books in approximately 1300 titles professing the range of subjects in Science, humanities, and Management. The library currently purchases twenty periodicals, which are national and international journal, newspapers, and magazines. To the sports lovers, the college offers well endowed sports amenities in order to have the balance between the studies and exercise. On the campus facilities there is a large hygienic and affordable cafeteria to provide well cooked meals and a modern auditorium with accommodation for one thousand two hundred people with modern audiovisual equipment for holding of various occasions. To meet the demand of students and meet their needs as far as college courses are concerned, Kavitha’s College of Arts and Science presents a well-varied and extensive catalog of course offerings. The institution offers fifteen courses of which two are undergraduate and the remaining of postgraduate level and all course offered as full time. It has the course list that extends in different fields that includes English, Commerce, Computer Science, Business Administration, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, Botany, and Tamil.
