Kanku Vijay Teachers Training College was started in the year 2008 and is a co-educational institute i n Pali in Rajasthan state of India. This affiliated college is also recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) is particularly known for its teacher training courses. Located on an 8.8 acres land, the college provides four courses in three degree programmes with an emphasis on education and teaching studies. Being a co-educational college having 192 students admitted and 13 faculty members, KVTC is an ideal place for learning for faculty aspirants. Kanku Vijay Teachers Training College has effectively established learning facilities that provide a developed learning environment for the students. A good reading centre actually acts as a source of knowledge while departmental practical labs are useful for practical learning. Facilities include an auditorium for this purpose together with other facilities to support an active learning environment on campus. One facility that meets the need for food is a cafeteria serving students and other members of staff. Students are given paramount importance through a provision of health facilities in a health centre and provision of first aid. As per the present day demands of education, the institute has a good faculty in respect of IT facilities. They have facilities for sporting activities through the school’s athletic department. Kanku Vijay Teachers Training College provides total four full time courses all are documented to fulfill the concept of new teachers. The institute offer programmes that are, BA B.Ed and B.Sc B.Ed, a two-year B.Ed , and a two-year D.El.Ed The total sanctioned strength that can be admitted on B.Ed, BA B.Ed and B. Sc B.Ed courses is one hundred students each which again proves the institutes potential to offer quality education to a considerable amount of trainee teachers.
