Kamarajar College of Education a private affiliated college started in 2007 is located in Namakkal district of Tamil Nadu India. This co-educational centre is 25-acre campus category institute, is approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). It provides the college with Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) and management trainee programmes under which the college enrolls 95 students and has 12 faculties. Even though the college is quite young, having been established in the year 2010, Kamarajar College of Education has been up and running is striving to impart quality teacher education to the region. Kamarajar College of Education has currently only one primary course, that is the B.Ed course as previously discussed. It is a two-year, full-time course that had an approved capacity of hundred students intake. this stream has aimed at producing professional teachers, where the B. Ed programme is intended to provide the necessary concepts and strategies to the enacted classroom practices. Although the college operates this central teacher training programme, it shows concern in offering the college facilities and support services that meet all the educational needs.
