The number of courses that can be availed is 6, all full time. The institution teaches courses in Ayurveda at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The backbone course is the Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery, with 50 seats. In PG, it offers five courses, which it takes six candidates each except MD Kayachikitsa; with which there are five seats. The Institute runs special courses in MD Ayurved Samhita and Siddhanta, MD Rachna Sharir, MD Kriya Sharir, MD Rasa Shastra and Bhaishajya Kalpana, and MD Kayachikitsa. With an intake of students in all courses being 79, it indicates that learning is focused on being personal. University, Kanpur, the entrance examination is conducted as per the university's instruction. The college has grading, and students get admitted based on their marks into the college of their choice.
