Jagat Parakash B.Ed. College of 2006 is affiliated to Nagpur University, Nagpur, Maharashtra. This NCTE-approved teacher training institute provides specialised programmes in education and training. Though it occupies a small area of 2 acres of land on Kamptee Road, near the MHKS petrol pump, and despite having a small campus, the college successfully creates an ambience suitable for learning for its students. The college has a total enrolment capacity of 100 students at each course level and has a strong teaching faculty of 7 members, which again proves an effective student-faculty ratio. Jagat Parakash B.Ed. College therein has provided several amenities that are deemed to help the learning process of the students. This is a two-year full course that is geared towards preparing its learners for better job opportunities in the teaching sector.
