IPE Bhopal is a constituent college of the institute of Polytechnic engineering Bhopal is located in the centrally located capital city of Madhya Pradesh. IPE Bhopal is recognised by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) which mean that the programmes offered by the institution are standard. Established with the vision ‘To educate the educators for creating nutritionally secure generations’, INF has a faculty team of 56 members for developing the next generation professionals. At present, IPE Bhopal, an affiliated College of Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal, has a total of five diploma programmes which are all day time programmes spread over a period of three years. The courses provided by the college are Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering , Film Technology and TV Production, and Mechanical Engineering , Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering. The engineered curriculum taught at the institute is general engineering curriculum that seeks to equip students with broad based general engineering knowledge and at the same time specialty training. The approved intake of all the offered courses is 420, which fuels the belief in the institute’s ability to take in a considerable number of students who want to become engineers. Unfortunately there is no such data available, but the strong emphasis on practical training as an institute’s goal supports the conclusion that it produces professional graduates capable of entering the international market as soon as they receive their diplomas.
