Infant Jesus College of Engineering, Thoothukudi, licensed in 2001, is an affiliated college situated in the state of Tamil Nadu, India. Infant Jesus College of Engineering has a resourceful collection of facilities to complement learning to its students as displayed below. A library, which is one of the important sources of the students, contains an extensive and diversified collection of book, magazines, and journals, including 91 national and 68 international journals. The existing digital library that comes with other learner and interactive CD-Terminals enhances the research aspect of students and faculty. There are separate hostels for men and women so students who choose to live inside the compound can be well accommodated with some of the best features of a modern residence. The men’s hostel has a capacity to accommodate about 400 students and the women’s hostel can accommodate about 300 students. All the hostels prepare meals for the students and have recreational facilities and high internet connection as a round clock basis to maintain student’s living-learning experience. Infant Jesus College of Engineering & Technology provides a total of 8 engineering and management courses on a bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral level to students. This institution offers full time B.E programmes such as BE in Aeronautical Engineering, BE in Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication engineering, Mechanical engineering. In addition, B.Tech course is provided in Agricultural Engineering, ME in Computer Aided Design/Computer Aided Manufacturing and Computer Science & Engineering and MBA.
