IDAN Teachers Training College is a focused college, situated in Purba Medinipur, West Bengal, to nurture teachers of the future. At present, the college provides two programmes in the field of education that correspond to various stages of preparation and further professional training of teachers. Bachelor of Education (B.ED) and Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) courses are specifically conceived to make students efficient teachers. Both courses take two years to complete and cover a wide curriculum of educational theory and practice. These programmes have a total of 200 seats available, and therefore the college has a responsibility of producing a quality education to the society.
