HES Homoeopathic Medical College Akola was started in the year 1954 and it is one of the best homoeopathic institutions in the state of Maharashtra, India, with a majority of provincial Punjabis. One of the many affiliated colleges in India, it is approved by the Central Council for Homoeopathy (CCH) – Ramdaspeth, Akola. It occupies a campus area of 1 acre and confers but a single undergraduate degree, Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery, or BHMS.
