Government Women’s college Kolar was started in the year 1984 is one of the most perceived women’s college situated in Kolar, Karnataka. This affiliated college located opposite to the Kolaramma Temple is established in three and half acres area. The college provides 16 diverse courses in 7 degree programs for female students only. Total enrolment average is at 3,382 while the faculty numbers about 36 ensuring a small student- teacher ratio.
