Government College has many physical structures that can help improve the learning environment for students in the college. The facilities of the college include sports amenities that enable people interested in sports to enhance their exercise and enable spirit de corps. In regard to academics, the more ignorant the campus, the better, since libraries become the nerve-centre of learning, where students get whatever books they need for research and learning. The college also has departmental laboratories that provide practical practicals in some certain fields of study. In line with the advancement of technology, the institution is very selective in providing the best IT facilities which help students for future job exposure. The college takes an average of 370 students, which justifies its efforts to achieve an ideal student-training ratio. Although definite dates for admissions are lacking, potential students should visit the web-site of the college or call the office of admissions for the latest information on the dates for applying. The college normally uses academic performance in the 12th standard examination or any other examination that is equivalent to it to offer the BA programme.
