Goalpara Law College, founded in 1987, is an affiliated college situated in Goalpara of Assam. This is a recognised institution which offers postgraduate programmes in law and is accredited by the Bar Council of India (BCI). The college is a petite institution, occupying only 6 acres of land, which creates a dedicated atmosphere necessary for studying law. Also, for activities such as seminars and other functions, there is an auditorium, for physical activities, there are places such as sports fields, and for computerised approaches needed in school, there are adequate Information and Technology facilities. The LLB course is developed to produce sound knowledge of several areas of law so that graduates would be best suited to practice in the legal field.
