Dr. Pushpendra Singh College of Pharmacy a budding institute that came into existence in the year 2019 is based in Fatehgarh in the state of Uttar Pradesh, India. On Bewar Road, in Fatehgarh, is an affiliated college, which is recognised by the Pharmacy Council of India as well as the All India Council for Technical Education. The institute is located in a relatively small area of 3 acres, which provides a concentration atmosphere for the Pharmacy stream. With a commitment to providing quality pharmaceutical education, the college currently offers two full-time programmes: The proposals comprise a 4-year Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma), a 2-year Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharma) each with an admission capacity of 60 students. This college has installed several facilities that aim at improving all aspects of college learning to the students. Modern library plays an essential role of students’ information source containing a vast amount of pharmaceutical literature and research materials. Dr. Pushpendra Singh College of Pharmacy provides well equipped laboratories, which are necessary for practical sessions in many areas of pharmacy. Concerning lectures and academic activities the college has an auditorium which can sit 250-300 learners, which is ideal for seminars, guest speakers, and activities. Curtain health care comes as a plus since first aid faculties are found in an on-campus health centre. There is also social convenience for the college and its community by having amenities such as a college cafeteria, ample parking and even and computer centre . There are a guest house for visitors and guests and waiting area to ensure the institute has shown hospitality. Dr. Pushpendra Singh College of Pharmacy presently has two extensive pharmacy courses in its syllabi. The B.Pharma course is a 4 years course for an undergraduate, D.Pharma is a 2 years course. Each of these programmes is a fulltime one and the approved intake for each is 60 resulting in a total of 120 students in the two courses. These programmes are intended for students desiring to obtain a solid background in pharmaceutical sciences that will enable them to seek employment in any area within the pharmacy profession.
