Dnyanada College of Education, Chandrapur Maharashtra, India was founded in 2008 and is a significant teacher education institution. One of the affiliated colleges of the HRDC is located in the city of Chandrapur and this college has supplied the education fraternity with professionals for more than ten years. It is recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and provides a co-educational facility in its 0-acre of land. Presently, Dnyanada College boasts 95 students and has a faculty strength of 4 members implying the college offers a genuine intimate teaching environment. Dnyanada College of Education has thus established several infrastructures that facilitate the learning process of its learners. The library accompanied by reading rooms occupies the central position in the academic building; the library exclusively is 1000 sq. ft. with a seating capacity of 100. Accommodating more than 3,500 books with 86 reference books and 25 national and international journal subscriptions, it is a valuable facility for budding teachers. The college includes also well-equipped modem computer Laboratories having nineteen computers to bring technology in teaching-learning methodology. For exercise and recreation facilities there are indoor games and outdoor games and these include chess, badminton, cricket and football fields. Dnyanada College of Education is a College of Teacher Education offering quality Teacher Education through its flagship programmes namely the ( B.Ed ). This two-year, full-time course has an approved number of enrolment of 50 students, long-time policy of this institute to ensure that the institute can guarantee a quality education by achieving an ideal student/instructor ratio.
