The affiliated college known as Disha Educational Institute lies in Howrah of West Bengal, India, which started its journey in 2014. At the moment Disha Educational Institute, an affiliated College of Baba Saheb Ambedkar Education University, Kolkata , provides the students with two full-time programmes that are connected with education for teachers. The B.Ed program currently offers a hundred seats to teach at the secondary/higher secondary level. The next is D.El.Ed admitting 50 students to train teachers to teach in primary classes. Both programmes last for two years in total, and equip participants with profound theoretical knowledge as well as practical teaching experience.
