Crescent Yousuf Zulaikha School of Nursing, Madurai, Tamil Nadu is an individual entity affiliated only to the sphere of nursing. Founded relatively recently, in the year 2000, this university has been training future nurses for more than twenty years. This four- year course has an approved student capacitance of forty – forty, which indicate that the institute is able to offer quality education in a specific area of specialisation. The GNM programme offers education and training to prepare the students for different difficult aspects of the nursing and midwifery systems. Admissions in the CYZS of Nursing is structured in a way that will help identify and recruit the best students for the nursing programme.
